Dr. Niranjala de Silva, Senior Lecturer, University of Peradeniya launching the website

On 07th November, 2009 the Official Website of the Association of Veterinarians for Humane Management of Animal Population was launched by Dr. Niranjala de Silva (Senior Lecturer – University of Peradeniya) at 7:39 pm at the History Restaurant, Kandy, Sri Lanka.
