Sterilized 43 dogs (38 females & 5 males) and vaccinated 87 dogs at Open Prison Camp – Pallekale on 24th July, 2010 for the third consecutive year. Dr. Udaya Wijewardhana conducted the programme. Kundasale MOH Dr. Chandra Jayantha visited for observation.

Dr. Kapila Kannangara (Provincial Director of Health), Dr. Panditharathna (Regional Epidemiologist) were also present. Dr. Ranil Kumarathissa organized the programme.
