Sterilized 43 dogs (38 females & 5 males) and vaccinated 87 dogs at Open Prison Camp – Pallekale on 24th July, 2010 for the third consecutive year.
Dr. Udaya Wijewardhana conducted the programme. Kundasale MOH Dr. Chandra Jayantha visited for observation.
