A Pleasant City without roaming Dogs

Health-City is a concept created to develop the Health condition of people in the Hambantota district. Tangalle Municipal Council has created a new addition to this concept named ‘A Pleasant City without roaming Dogs’ This will be starting on 23rd August, 2010 parallel to the National Dog Sterilization Programme.
